Payroll Officer

Mapien’s Perth office is now seeking to employ a Payroll Officer to provide assistance to our in-house Payroll Manager.  This role will be Permanent part-time, 3 days per week.
 
Role responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare and distribute salaries and wages accurately and on-time for various clients
  • Engage and Liaise with clients on a regular basis
  • Undertake client payroll audits and analyses and prepare consulting reports highlighting any issues to address
  • Assist with client roster reviews and optimisation engagements
  • Interpretation and comparison of awards
 
Mapien seek to employ a payroll officer with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.  Your excel skills must be excellent and you must have significant experience in using a variety of payroll systems including Attache, Sage Micropay and Payroll Metrics.  You will be engaging with Mapien clients directly so must have a sense of professionalism and ability to work well with a variety of people.
