They wish to hire a Payroll Officer and HR Assistant.
For the payroll component of the role you will be responsible for end-to-end processing of the monthly pay run in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Plus complete all maintenance tasks to ensure each employee is paid accurately and on time. Someone with 5+ years’ experience in processing payroll, meeting tight deadlines, reconciliations, attention to detail with strong numeric ability and an understanding of legal obligations.
For the HR component of the role For HR you will be responsible to post job advertisements, pre-employment processes, on-boarding, HR procedure and policies, reports for government departments, car leasing, superannuation and maintaining employee information.
The package for this role will include a base salary plus super in a substantial and well regarded Australian software development Company
