The Company

Based in Mangere with large offices, this global logistics and freight company have a brandname which is well recognised. They have strong processes in place and are looking for some assistance to help during a busy period.

The Role

  • This role could be Part time or full time for the right candidate.
  • This role reports directly to the Payroll Manager.
  • The role is split out 80% Wages and 20% Salary employees.
  • Processing the time sheets of 500 staff weekly.
  • Compiling reports and liaising with outsourced payroll provider.
  • Answering payroll queries and processing leave deductions and terminations.

Your Profile

To be considered for this role you will have 3 - 5 years' experience in end to end Payroll of a similar size. You will have experience working with a wide range of diverse employment agreements and have an in-depth knowledge of payroll legislation.You will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
