The Role
As the payroll officer you will be reporting directly to the Payroll Manager working in a team of Five. You will be responsible for processing weekly wages for roughly around 600 employees. You will verify timesheets received from different division managers and then ensure that they are inputted into the system correctly. You will be conducting weekly payroll runs and preparing ad-hoc reports as required.
Your Profile
You will have an understanding of payroll and have at least 3 years' experience working with a payroll of 300-500 staff and have knowledge of payroll legislation. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with others while being the main point for any queries. You will enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to hit the ground running. Experience with large systems like Payglobal would be preferred.
