Many of our clients have a requirement for a common HR database for all countries within their enterprise and we help achieve this objective through a global HR database. Plus, our payroll module is available in 23 countries with more to follow. The role                                       

Working within one of our fastest growing specialist areas, Frontier Software Payroll Services offers traditional ‘process and deliver’ type arrangements through to outsourced and fully-managed service contracts.

An effective and successful Payroll Services Team Member will have the following attributes to be successful in the role:

  • Demonstrated skills in prioritising work schedules
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating innovation in work practices
  • Collaborative team member within a team environment
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Professional written, verbal & telephone communication skills

Responsibilities

The critical purpose of the Payroll Services Team Member is to provide Payroll Services for clients within the contract and procedural guidelines ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery of services for our clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver all payroll processes within our Compliance, Quality and Accuracy framework in accordance with the client agreement
  • Maintaining the clients Payroll Processing Services Calendar planning
  • Development and Maintenance of Client Payroll Services Procedures
  • Operational meetings with clients
  • Participation in Managed Services Project implementations
  • Monitoring and Adherence to Company Quality Assurance Program ISO9001 /27001

Experience Required

  • Exposure to the ichris product suite (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years’ exposure to Payroll/Human Resource procedures and legislation
  • Demonstrated 2 years’ payroll experience, including end to end processing of large payrolls, processing of termination pays, leave analysis, Monthly and Annual Statutory calculations, superannuation, Award/EBA understanding and year-end processing
  • High-level organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to be able to prioritise multiple tasks and balance conflicting workloads and demands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Year 12 completion

A mandatory requirement will be a satisfactory police clearance and valid right to work in Australia.
