The Role

Exciting new opportunity to join our Payroll team based in Bankstown Airport. You will be responsible for leading a team of payroll officers who are responsible for weekly subcontractor payroll interpretation & analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily and Weekly processing of approved worked hours, claims and Invoices to ensure deadlines are met both in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and adhere to record management
• Ensure Business continuity during Project phases and support change
• Manage and motivate team to meet weekly deadlines working in a fast-paced environment, ensure continuous improvement & cross training.
• Managing multiple audits on a weekly basis
• Managing key relationships with stakeholders and management

Skills & Experience

• 2 Years plus experience in a leadership role finance or payroll
• Experience with various payroll/finance systems, TAPS experience highly advantageous
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple agreements & complex pay structures
• Experience with continuous process improvement & creating/updating process documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Intermediate and advanced excel experience
• Exceptional problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail
