We are currently seeking a Planning and Systems Administration Officer to join our busy Payroll and Systems Department on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Focusing on both payroll and rostering admin and reporting support, you will be based in our Belmont Office. You will work from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do:

  • System monitoring and support to employees using our volunteering information portal
  • System enhancements and updates
  • System reporting (using multiple systems)
  • Data entry of employee records
  • Administration support to the payroll and systems manager when required
  • Liaise with key departments across the business

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in administration or support functions
  • Experience using a wide range of software’s and data bases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating rosters or training preferred
  • High level data entry skills
  • Excel skills – minimum intermediate level
  • Previous experience with reporting
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in payroll preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience using Chris21 software preferred but not essential
