This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team to deliver a diverse and interesting range of Finance systems process improvements.

You will utilise your Project Management and Finance expertise to deliver on initiatives that will improve the performance of the Finance function and the business. This will include consistent and transparent assessment of the Project Portfolio from idea to benefits realisation. This is a ‘hands on’ leadership role where you will mentor through the ‘doing’ in order to develop the skills of the team. As transformation processes are embedded you will work with a broad stakeholder group to ensure that change is managed with collaboration and inclusiveness.

This is a really interesting role that will have meaningful impact on the Finance operations of the business. It will suit an experienced and suitably qualified person who has gained experience working within a large, complex business managing change, project governance and process improvement. You will understand and cope with complexity and possess the financial nous to challenge ideas and navigate to the best outcomes. This role will require energy and drive.
