This is an exciting opportunity for an immediate start for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join Programmed. This position is for 6 months initially, with the possibility of an extension.

Reporting to the Procurement Team Leader, the role will include: raising purchase orders (D365) receipting purchase orders and general accounts administrative support to the Procurement team.

About you:

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive accounts professional with procurement and/or purchasing experience, have excellent time management skills and a strong focus on achieving positive, timely outcomes.

You will show your excellent attention to detail and communicative skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising Purchase orders nationally in D365
  • Managing pricing/rebate agreements with suppliers
  • Receipting all Purchase orders
  • Managing and building supplier relationships
  • Following all procurement processes
  • General accounts administration
  • Responding to queries and supporting key stakeholders within the business

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

  • Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Previous experience using multiple systems including D365 (advantageous)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work well within a team, both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Approachable, diligent and reliable nature with a strong work ethic
