The Regional and Outer Metropolitan division engages with our customers and communities. We connect regional NSW with safe and tailored transport choices, and contribute to strong economic growth and sustainability across the state.

 

The Opportunity

Right now, we are delivering major projects across our state road network in regional NSW to improve the customer experience. This role will see you provide specialist support and analysis regarding program and project reporting to support the delivery of programs and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to improve the analysis, monitoring and reporting on the performance of these projects. Your role will also support the completion of the Branch Delivery Plan, including tracking delivery against plan targets and the provision of reports and analysis to Executives.

 

As the Program Reporting Officer you will implement methodologies, systems, processes and reporting frameworks to review and evaluate the performance of infrastructure projects. You will support the completion of monthly financial reporting including forecasting and accruals and be able to work on complex financial issues to assist with the processing and verification of financial and performance information, providing data support to all Regional Unit Managers and assisting with the implementation of new initiatives.

About You

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong financial and system background who can manage time and outcomes to process and provide relevant and timely information to enable program management. You will have experience in budget and program management, including an understanding of program life-cycle and demonstrated ability to generate financial and program reports. Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 6 ($92,982 - $102,280) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
