About the Role
A unique opportunity exists for a Property Finance Administrator to join the exciting Woodgrove Centre Management team. Working within a friendly and dynamic shopping centre management team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing property and financial administration skills.
 
 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the day to day running of the centre's rent collection
  • Completion of the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
  • Oversee the progress of the arrears collection ensuring <1.5% of total collectables is achieved each month and aim for nil arrears each month
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and ensure monthly forecasts are accurately tracked against budget
  • Assist with the Centre outgoings budgeting and reconciliation process
  • Completion of lease audits to ensure accuracy of tenancy schedule
  • Maintain tenant details and invoice reoccurring and ad hoc billings via system workflows
  • Complete tenant reconciliations along with reconciliation and banking of gift card takings
  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly profit and loss reporting, completion of management reporting and participate in report presentations as required
  • Oversee the extended trade, accounts payable and open PO reporting for the Centre
  • General reception/office duties
 
The Successful Candidate:
  • Prior property administration experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
  • Good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants
  • Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work a weekend roster and attend after-hour events as required
