Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The Property Services team forms part of the Shared Services Group headed by the University's Chief Operating Officer. The Property Services team is organized into three specific units including Campus Development, Facilities Management and Asset Management. We are responsible for the planning and development of new and existing buildings and supporting infrastructure, property management and maintenance and the delivery of facilities-related services such as utilities, cleaning, grounds maintenance, asset analysis, signage, furniture, transport and car parking.
The Property Operations Administrator (finance) will provide finance and administrative support to the Property Services team. They will work closely with Property Services staff and the Finance team to ensure all of Property Services' financial transactions are completed in a timely and effective way, regular review and improvement of current processes are achieved, and analysis and insights are provided to decision makers.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role for a period of 3 to 6 months.

You will be a team player, able to 'think outside the box' and to be proactive, flexible and positive in your approach to different situations. You will have a strong customer focus with great communication skills and proven ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
