We are a well-established chartered accounting firm that has been operating for over 30 years. We are a team of around 20 professionals including 3 directors. We provide a fully integrated range of services with business accounting and tax consulting at the core. 

Covid-19 has not stopped our business; all staff have successfully transitioned to working from their home offices without any interruptions. 

We have not let any of our valued clients down during this challenging time for businesses and our relationships with clients have strengthened through the support we have been able to provide.   

About the roles?

We are looking to add technical capability, experience and a bit of character to our team to assist with our growth.  You will really like what we do and that will be reflected in the way you bring out the best in your clients and the team around you.

Senior accountant role

You will have 2-5 years of experience in a business service accounting role at well-regarded accounting firm and have a good working knowledge of using Xero.  Ideally you will be CA or CPA qualified (or part qualified).

You will be preparing work of a high quality and in an efficient manner supporting your Manager and your clients. 

Your role will include all the normal compliance activities, with a little consulting work thrown in.

Supervisor/Manager accountant role

You will have 6 plus years of experience in a public practice where you have managed a team.  Your experience in a business service accounting role at well-regarded accounting firm and have a good working knowledge of using Xero.  You will be CA or CPA qualified.

You will be preparing work of a high quality and in an efficient manner supporting the directors and your clients.  You will have strong relationships with your own client portfolio.

You will be able to articulate and assess complex accounting and tax issues whilst mentoring your team to be better than they already are.

Your role will include all the normal compliance activities and consulting work.

We work in a mostly open plan environment.  You will have exposure to everything happening in the office.

Your clients and peers will really like you because you are friendly, engaging, empathetic and always seeking to provide value. You will be brave in your search for ideas and willingness to present them.

You will engage with clients so you must have strong communication skills.
