The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, team player to join our exceptional, national Quality Assurance team. We view the position to ideally be based in either our Melbourne, Sydney or Hobart offices, however ultimately we are seeking the best candidate for the role therefore experienced professionals across Australia are welcome to apply.

You must have a minimum of 2 years of injury case management/claims experience in Australia with excellent computer skills. Our QA team receive ongoing training and opportunities for ABIME globally recognised certification. 

eReports cohort of medical experts are supported by a professional and experienced team to ensure reports adequately address the referral letter and that the opinion is independent.

Experience and Skills

  • Current injury case management/claims experience is essential
  • Federal government experience is highly desirable
  • Understanding of jurisdictional legislation and associated regulations with experience in reviewing impairment assessments utilising AMA / Comcare Guides is highly desirable
  • Ability to work across different jurisdictions Australia wide
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and the ability to learn custom-built platforms
  • You will be accurate, precise and detail-orientated with exceptional time management
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with medical consultants, internal staff and clients to ensure service excellence
  • Ability to work autonomously and work well in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent written and spoken English with superior communication skills
  • Reliable/dependable with a great work ethic
  • Self-motivated and show initiative in your work
  • Respectful, friendly and welcoming manner

The Role

  • Ensure all medicolegal reports accurately comply with client and expert requirements
  • Interpret and accurately apply relevant Legislation, Guidelines and Regulatory Standards
  • Competently meet eReports Quality Assurance compliance requirements
  • Capably utilise AMA / Comcare Guides to review impairment assessments
  • Liaise directly with the medical experts
  • Audit all reports for accuracy, quality, impartiality, completeness, delivery and evidenced based opinion
  • Ensure all reports are formatted to reflect the professional presentation of eReports  standards
  • The successful candidate will report to the QA Manager and work within a national team environment.
