Whilst we are predominantly based from home, the expectation and practice is that we spend some time in the office. To support this we have converted our offices into a great collaborative space where our team meets up on a regular basis The Role: This role is responsible for ensuring the company complies with global regulations relating to all Comvita products and markets across a range of channels. It is responsible to liaise with key stakeholders to satisfy regulatory requirements, to manage product risks and to achieve and maintain product registrations that support the sale of Comvita products. The Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for design and implementation of regulatory based strategies to support product development and global marketing activities, to assist in the transition of new products to market, and help strengthen trade and consumer advertising messaging. In addition, the role will support our markets to develop their local regulatory frameworks and maturity. About You: 5+ years’ experience in a regulatory environment in dietary supplements, food or pharmaceutical industry, Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple global stakeholder relationships Experience in international regulatory affairs desirable Knowledge of Quality Management Systems Experienced in complex problem solving with a proven track record of success A personal style that mixes “hands-on” with bigger picture thinking and commercial acumen.
