About North East Link

The North East Link Project (NELP) is a $15.8bn infrastructure project that will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, whilst increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east whilst creating thousands of new jobs. With completion due in 2027, things are ramping up fast!

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Governance, the Reporting Advisor will be responsible for the preparation of clear and concise corporate reporting for the Project, including maintaining requirements for a register of reporting products across NELP, a calendar of corporate reporting and Project Management Framework reporting and governance.
Interfacing and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, including recommendations by interpreting and analysing data to management committees and senior management, the successful candidate will have strong knowledge of public administration processes and reporting with strong competency in all Microsoft Office programs. Furthermore, they are excited by the opportunity to utilise their corporate reporting experience and knowledge of public administration processes in an environment that allows them to take initiative, implement innovative reporting tools and grow within a supportive team.

About you

You are:

  • Collaborative with a natural affinity for developing effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Proven in distilling complex and voluminous information into clear, concise reports.
  • Highly competent in all MS Office programs, desk top publishing and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Capable of developing processes to ensure reporting and associated documentation is developed and distributed in a timely manner to a high standard of quality.
