Job Description

Utilising your strong organisational, customer service and computer skills, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Unpacking and checking samples received.
  • Logging samples and assigning analysis into the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
  • Resolving inconsistencies with incoming samples.
  • Following up, monitoring and reporting on all pending activities to the customer
  • Acting upon client feedback

 

Qualifications

Previous experience in a goods receivable environment or laboratory environment (highly desirable but not essential).

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in science or related field (desirable) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of computer applications
  • Highly organised and great attention to detail.
