About the Company

We are a start-up manufacturing company for luxury goods and looking for full time Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

Preparing, analysing and delivering yearly budgets and financial reports based on performance data.
Presenting recommendations to the business and leadership team based on financial data and reports.
Performing financial modelling, forecasting and P&L performance analysis.
Preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet for review for Board packs.
Commercial Analysis and Scenario Modelling 
Cash flow – Daily review of cash balances and provide management with forecasted requirements for the week. 
Balance sheet reconciliations – All monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Review weekly payments – Ensuring creditors are paid, reconciliations completed, and work completed within set deadlines.
Review payroll calculations and payments.
Facilitation of the year-end and audit process.
Create innovative ideas to improve process efficiencies.

Skills & Experience required

CPA or CA Qualified ( essential )
Strong experience in a commercial accounting role.
Team – Player attitude and happy to assist with lower level and higher-level duties.
Highly organised, efficient with great attention to detail;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal and relationship management skills
Exceptional people management skills and proven experience in managing a team
