Our client is a well-established mid-sized accounting practice based in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne. Mostly working with businesses of various sizes and high worth individual/families, the firm continues to grow and maintain its strong reputation in the market.
 
Ideally, aiming to engage a Senior, an Intermediate and a specialist Tax Accountant, to join an existing high-quality team. The duties and responsibilities include; supporting the completion of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns, BAS and company statements etc for complex private and business clients. These roles would suit someone who has completed their CA/CPA, who is interested in expanding their public practice skills and combining them with consulting advisory.
To be successful in one of these exciting roles, you will:

• Have at least 5 years’ experience working in public accounting firm, within the business services arm;
• Have experience in the preparation of financial accounts and income tax returns for companies, trusts, individuals;
• With have an Accounting degree recognised in Australia;
• Enjoy interacting with and building long term relationships with clients;
• Have advanced English skills (both verbal and written);
• Have some ambition to grow your knowledge, reputation and position;
• Are accountable to your clients and for your performance;
