The Senior Accounts Payable Officer is a permanent opportunity to join the Finance Business unit based at our Perth CBD office.

We’re looking for inspiring people who will:

  • Lead the accounts payable process to ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed payment terms.
  • Train other accounts payable team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors during accounts payable audits.
  • Support corporate financial control team with month end reporting.
  • Administer and perform clearing activities to goods receipt/invoice receipt (GR/IR) accounts to ensure correct costs are captured and posted to the various cost centre and general ledger.
  • Support the Finance Operations Manager in implementing critical accounts payable initiatives.

 Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
