The Senior Accounts Receivable Officer is a full time contract opportunity available until June 30th 2021 to join the Finance Business unit based at our Perth CBD office.

We’re looking for inspiring people who will:

  • Lead the processing of accounts receivables and cash processing in compliance with policies and procedures including invoicing and collections
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors during accounts receivable audits.
  • Support corporate financial control team with month end reporting.
  • Support the Finance Operations Manager in implementing critical accounts receivable and cash processing initiatives.
  • Lead the relationships with Synergy Retail & Energy Markets customers, liaising daily to resolve payment adjustment discrepancies.

 Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to think logically, multi- task and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
