We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Associates to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in Sydney. Transaction Advisory Services forms part of the broader Corporate Finance team of 30 team members including 8 Partners/Principals dedicated to Transaction Advisory Services, Valuations, M&A Lead Advisory and Financial Modelling. In this role you will be responsible for conducting all phases of Financial Due Diligence on M&A transactions and Investigating Accountant engagements on stock exchange listings across a mixture of industries. You will have circa 3 years’ or so experience, coming from a strong Audit or Accounting background with a thorough understanding of financial statements and preferably CA or equivalent qualified.
