Senior Audit Manager, Office of Audit & Risk

The Office of Audit & Risk Assessment is currently seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join their Team.

The Office of Audit and Risk Assessment provides the University with internal audit, investigation and risk assessment advisory services. It operates under a formal charter approved by the Board of Trustees and reports to the University Secretary and General Counsel administratively and to the Audit and Risk Committee.

Reporting to the Chief Audit and Risk Officer, you will deliver high quality risk-based internal audits and investigations for the University and its Controlled Entities, as part of the Audit and Risk Work Plan or management requests.

You will conduct internal audits and investigations from planning through to completion, including post completion issues follow-up.

The role is responsible for managing the team members assigned for the audit and investigation projects and will supervise, motivate and develop the team of junior audit staff.

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive professional experience and training in managing internal audit and risk assessments in either the higher education sector or a large and complex commercial organisation. 


This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Hawkesbury Campus.

Remuneration Package:  HEW Level 9 - $137,147 to $146,462 p.a. (comprising Salary of $115,891 to $123,762 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
