Our relatively flat structure means that as a Senior Auditor you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities that will fast track your development to Manager including acting as the lead auditor on certain engagements; taking an active role in hiring, mentoring and developing junior staff and involvement in a variety of projects.

Due to the challenges presented by COVID, we successfully transitioned our business to working from home, and now conduct most of our audit engagements remotely. We have developed various digital platforms and initiatives to support this approach and encouraged by positive client feedback we are continuing to adopt this model moving forward.

As such we are open to individuals based in any location in Australia, as long as you have the capability to work from home.

About you

You will need to be an experienced external auditor who can manage all aspects of a typical audit engagement across a diverse client base, both in terms of size and industry.

It is important that you demonstrate a sound knowledge of Australian financial reporting and auditing standards with local experience highly valued.

We also value communication skills as a key element of your role is getting out from behind the numbers and actively engaging with your clients.

And you will have a commitment to your career and be looking to develop into more senior and leadership roles.
