About the role

We need a fully qualified and experienced bookkeeper to take full responsibility for all financials including:

- daily management of accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- credit applications and general client liaison
- quarterly licensee royalty calculations and payments
- payroll, BAS/GST, general ledger, balance sheet
- monthly sales commissions and sales reports for sales team
- cashflow reporting and management
- other management reporting and analysis as required
- liaison with our Company Accountants for preparation of tax returns

You will be working with Odoo, one of the world's leading ERP systems and Quickbooks for payroll

We require at least five years senior experience in an applicable accounting role

About you

• You have a minimum of 5 years solid bookkeeping and financial accounting experience within a small/medium business, ideally wholesale

• You have excellent people skills and enjoy being part of a small, friendly team

• You have a strong working knowledge of financial i.t systems and ideally erp systems such as netsuite, sap, sage, Odoo, etc

• You love getting to the heart of a business and figuring out how to make it perform more efficiently
