This is done by looking beyond the numbers and taking the time to understand our clients’ personal circumstances and aspirations, as well as their business and financial goals.

As a Senior Associate in our Private Clients tax team your impact will be seen by: 

• Leading advisory, accounting and tax engagements in diverse industries and structures 
• Managing and coaching teams of junior staff members
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working with clients through all stages of their business life cycle including growth and succession/exit, developing solutions for the complex problems that arise in each stage
• Delivering quality tax, accounting, business advisory and improvement services and advice across a range of personal tax, business and commercial matters

About you 

You have a background in financial reporting and tax, specifically relating to privately owned businesses and their owners,  are skilled in being able to think critically and analyse information to provide innovative solutions and hold an understanding of how to manage high net worth clients and privately owned businesses. You have strong client and coaching skills, being able to build and maintain client and team member relationships.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to join our Private Clients team in helping private company leaders plan for business longevity and leadership transition. 

You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
