As an integral part of the team, this Senior Consultant will lead the development of the demand precision product, with the aim of using state-of-the-art data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to significantly increase the accuracy of predictions and forecasts.  

About the role

• Develop demand forecasting SaaS product in conjunction with our software experts.
• Develop reliable and robust mathematics and science for the Demand Precision SaaS product.
• Support the implementation and rollout of the Demand Precision product with clients.
• Be a trusted advisor by cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, improving their understanding of the demand precision product offering and modelling techniques.
• Deliver seamless a proactive engagement with the wider business on the demand precision product including customer opportunities, commercial benefit, analytical findings, recommendations and bespoke projects.
• Keep abreast of Workforce Analytics opportunities in areas of predictive modelling, forecasting and machine learning.

 About you

• PhD (Research) in Forecasting
• Experience in the development and application of techniques in predictive modelling including Forecasting in a commercial setting
• Software or Product building/integration experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• An analytical mindset and high attention to detail
• Exposure to client facing liaison and consulting
• Demonstrated experience in successful project delivery and managing multiple deadlines
