About the role The role is a technical role responsible for supporting the management of the Department’s statutory and financial reporting obligations. Assist with the delivery of statutory financial statements and other matters related to the financial reporting function that accurately reflect the organisation’s true financial position. The role supports financial reporting, maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger(s), capital and service concession assets management; cash flow forecasting and development and maintenance of internal and external auditor’s relationships. The role supports and advises Financial Management and Reporting team on key contemporary statutory and financial reporting issues. The role is a 12 months maternity leave coverage opportunity, successful candidate is expected to start after 17 March 2021.
