Christine Rodrigues from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit a senior office administrator/bookkeeper for a data and electrical contractor based on the north-side of Brisbane, paying a salary package negotiated based on experience, this is a full-time position starting ASAP.
 
Responsibilities include: 

  • P&L responsibilities including, payroll, reconciliation, PAYG reporting, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and all other bookkeeping duties
  • Maintenance of office manuals and safety documents 
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Liaising with external accountant
  • Customer service and enquiries
  • Inventory and stock control
  • Spreadsheets and scheduling of electrical and data work 
Requirements include: 
  • Previous experience in a similar role (trade business ideally)
  • Experience using simPRO (ideally)
  • Experience using xero
  • Proficient in using microsoft office suite
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise their workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong sense of self-motivation and urgency
  • A professional attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • Well presented with a friendly and personable demeanour
