While this role is based on site, full time in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, you will enjoy the support of a much larger Head Office based in Central Melbourne.

The Role

As the Company Accountant/Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the entire accounting function of this business. This involves a lot of reporting back to the parent company. The future of this role will allow the successful candidate to get more involved with operations & commercial decisions that impact the bottom line.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Month End
• Cash-Flow
• P&L
• Budgeting /Forecasting

To be successful in this role you will come from a bookkeeping/accounting role that is all encompassing. While you have the capability to close month end & business partner with senior stakeholders you are also happy to roll up the sleeves and process invoices/payroll.

You must have excellent communication skills as the ability to liaise with head office & other stakeholders will be critical to the success of this role.
