The Role
Reporting directly into the Commercial Manager (Head of Finance), with one direct report, this role has a key purpose of partnering with the sales team and wider senior leadership team to provide strategic thinking, commercial analysis and pricing leadership to deliver long term change to the business as well as enabling commercial decision making.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include the following (but definitely will not be limited to);
  • Delivery of strategic partnering with the SLT
  • Commercial & strategic leadership for the business
  • Design and delivery of strategic pricing
  • Change management, process improvements and implementation of general efficiencies
  • Staff leadership, coaching and mentoring
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced commercial finance professional with a number of years exposure to senior roles partnering with sales teams and senior leadership teams in general. Your commercial acumen must be visible and obvious in your approach to problems. Experience in pricing will be highly advantageous as well as being advanced with financial/commercial analysis.
