About the Role

Working in a small team, this role will enable you to utilise your C21 knowledge whilst erforming the below duties;

• Providing advanced expertise in the implementation of iChris
• Working in partnership with project stakeholders and BAU
• Analysis of business problems and development of solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of iChris and the interfaces to Workday and supporting downstream systems.
• Assist with the triage of defects, project issues and perform payroll team support where escalated.
• Assisting with Payroll management within the division for major business and/ or system changes.
• Take a positive approach to organisational change, maintaining a focus on outcomes and sensitive management of change.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar systems admin role is essential
• Strong knowledge & understanding of iChris processes and all back end system preferences
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and other business functions
• Experience in Workday is advantageous
