What would you be doing?
A career within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties.
You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
As a Director in our Enterprise team based in Wellington, you will be aligned with one of our most diverse and successful business areas, as you work with Kiwi businesses and government on important projects.
What do you need to bring to the role?
Proven success working in Tax at a leadership level
Excellent written, numerical and oral communication skills
Exceptional knowledge of New Zealand Tax legislation
Highly motivated, creative and innovative
The ability to manage existing client relationships whilst identifying opportunities to maximise client relationships and continue revenue growth
Ability to inspire teamwork, supervise, coach and support team members including assisting with the review and evaluation of staff performance
Proactive & demonstrates strong time management skills
Sound reviewing and team management experience
Experience with client relationship management and business development.
