We’re on a journey at Woolworths to transform and revitalise our payroll function. The purpose of this role is to lead the Reconciliation team within Payroll Operations & Reporting to deliver high-quality services to the Woolworths Group. This role will embed and foster a culture of high-quality payroll reconciliations delivery and service excellence enabled by effective and efficient people processes, technology and metrics to drive performance against agreed service levels and statutory deadlines. With a strong focus on ensuring compliance and eliminating risk, this role will identify, support and deploy continuous improvement initiatives in the reconciliation space. This role will partner with the wider Payroll, Finance and Culture & People teams across the full operating model to unlock further value-add services that enhance the line manager and team member experience at Woolworths.
