Temp AP + AR Officer (Real Estate)

MARS are working with an ASX listed real estate firm, that hold a portfolio diversified across both commercial and residential properties. Having operated within their field for over 60 years, they have acquired assets along the way amounting to well over $10bn in value.

They are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable/Payable officer to work in their CBD office. This position will be needed for 3-4 months. You'll will be working with the admin manager and reporting into the centre manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable - raising PO numbers for clients
Accounts Receivable & Tenant Reconciliations - determine the debt owed and breakdown of costings
Arrears control - debt management of tenants both via email and on the phone
General adhoc admin tasks as required

Requirements:

MUST be immediately available or less than 1 weeks' notice
Experience using SAP is essential
Hold 3+ years experience within a similar role - property exp is a bonus
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
The individual will be proactive, enthusiastic, friendly and a team player

Please note - if successful, you will be need to go to Wetherill Park or Balgowlah for training.
