The Opportunity


We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate professional to join a fast-growing, established Fintech, as our Associate Treasury

The successful candidate will be in line for a future management position in a highly profitable and growing industry.
  
The Role
  
As Associate Treasury, you will be responsible for activities related to loan disbursements, loan repayments, commissions, and investors. In undertaking these functions, you will utilize various leading-edge technology platforms and processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. Some of these activities include, but not limited to:

  • Preparation of key daily reconciliations regarding loan repayments in a timely manner
  • Conducting reviews, confirmations, and settlements of all loans
  • Initial setup of loan repayment schedules  
  • Liaise with relevant in-house BDMs to ensure all commission payments are accurate and paid in a timely manner
  • Weekly commission payment reconciliations
  • Management and allocation of all manual loan repayment
  • Daily management and allocation of investor funds
  • Actively seek opportunities to automate and streamline treasury related processes.
The Experience Required
  • You will be comfortable working with a variety of systems & platforms and be excited by the opportunity to work across a range of projects for different stakeholders
  • Tertiary degree in Finance or a similar discipline
  • Understanding of payment systems
  • Strong Loan settlement knowledge
  • At least 1 - 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
