A casual position is available to join a progressive boutique Chartered Accounting practice with a diverse client base. We are located in the Inner-South of Canberra and are seeking an enthusiastic Undergraduate to join our dynamic team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position is an entry level administration position with the potential to progress quickly and jump start your career in accounting.

Daily tasks will include but will not be limited to: 

• General administration duties including document management, filing and mail sorting
• Database maintenance and data entry
• Liaising with the ATO
• Reconciling accounting files (Xero & MYOB)
• Preparing Business and Instalment Activity Statements
• Providing support to the Directors and professional accounting team
• Various ad hoc accounting and administration tasks as required

Some relevant work experience would be an advantage, although not a requirement as on the job training will be provided.
