Vendor Manager - Up to $120K Package

Location: Macquarie Park

Salary: $80 - 120K salary package - temporary to permanent opportunity

The Job
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, this role will provide expertise and support for internal and external vendors to drive engagement, identify system improvements and ensure compliance. This is a key role in the business as you will be responsible for providing an exceptional vendor experience ensuring control, efficiency and compliance across their strong internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing internal processes and systems driving engagement for vendors both internally and externally
• Managing and developing training framework
• Provide in depth training where identified across relevant departments
• Identify areas of improvements, recommend and roll out processes where necessary
• Build strong working relationships across the business driving engagement, understanding and compliance

Candidate Profile
You present with significant, stable and proven experience within a Process Improvement and Vendor driven environment where you have consistently driven engagement across stakeholders to ensure systems are being used and engaged with effectively. You will ideally come from a finance background and understand the essential need for compliance and have a natural aptitude for seeking out best practice, identifying changes and rolling these out efficiently.

This role requires a true leader in systems, engagement and vendor experience. You will have a passion for building relationships and driving system success and compliance across the business along with exceptional communication, influencing and engagement skills.
