Boutique Accounting Firm |  Gold Coast 

$60K - $70K including super ( neg) 

Are you highly organised and love client contact ? 

Brief overview

  • Xero Bookkeeper/ administrator required  to oversee all administrative operations and workflow for a busy accounting practice.
  • Work closely with the director and be a support to them, your colleagues and their highly valued client base.  
  • This role would suit a friendly and confident individual that is very familiar with the daily running of a boutique size accounting firm.
  • You will need to have significant experience in a similar role.

Some of the duties will include;

  • All general administration duties including reception
  • Delegating work to staff in order of priority and overseeing work flow 
  • Identifying services further to tax compliance that may benefit the client
  • Debt collection, Data entry, CRM Database management
  • XERO Bookkeeping for clients 

The ideal candidate will be familiar with;

  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Xero Accounting including Xero XPM
  • ASIC Corporate Administration

The successful candidate will enjoy an autonomous role with lots of client contact and be appreciated for their personable demeanour and outstanding organisational skills.
